Val joined the Acute Salon team as an educator in 2021 and an owner in 2023. Val is a haircut specialist with 12 years behind the chair as a stylist and barber. She is passionate about helping her guests of all textures simplify and optimize their at-home styling routines, and creating looks that are both affirming and personalized to provide ease for the individual wearing it. If you have waves or curls including tight curls (4C hair) we highly recommend Val.
